Product must be inspected upon delivery. Returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt to issue any credit of non-perishable items.
Weight difference claims must be made immediately upon receipt of items.
In the event it becomes necessary to institute action for the collection of amount, or any unpaid balance, Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collections, bad checks, including all legal and attorney’s fees.
